Alexander 'Xander' Patrick Wright was born on Valentine's Day in the year 1983. To his mother Miranda and his father that he never met Patrick. He's never met his father, but he knows that his middle name was given to him by his mom as a reminder of who his father is.
Refuses to let anybody call him Alex. He ignores people who try to get by with calling him that. He'll be down right a real jerk if people keep it up.
He's got a heart of gold once you get to know him. However getting to know him isn't always that easy. Without growing up with a man figure around, he tends to be nice to females unless otherwise provoked not too. He's usually the guy you call when you need something heavy lifted or help moving.
He grew up in Chicago across the street from ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) amazing_amanda The two are still close friends to this day and he views her as the sister he never really had.
Recently getting back into Chicago, Xander was off in Madison, Wisconsin for a bit taking care of his dying grandmother. She passed away a little over a week ago and he's still getting over it. He tends to dream she's still alive, but doesn't tell anybody about said dreams, for fear of sounding crazy or seeing ghosts.
Is now living in an apartment by himself at Windermere house, but is in search of a roommate since he really does hate to live alone.
Is a part time bartender at The Ugly Dog while trying to live his dream of becoming a cop. He's always been interested in the law and justice system, and since he didn't feel like being a judge, he's trying to follow his next dream to ride with the Chicago Police Department.
Has never truly had a real relationship before, because most females view him as the 'best friend' or the 'brother'. He's got no real issue with it, but for once would love a female to give him the proper chance to become more then just the 'good friend'.
Loves to watch CSI and Law And Order. The justice shows always peak his interest. At 4 am he can usually be found watching Without A Trace, because he truly believes everyone who commits a crime should pay.
Listens to any kind of music, as long as he can relate to the music being played. He prefers Rock in the Godsmack, Disturbed, Metallica, and Nirvana type genre's. He's also a huge fan of The Stone Temple Pilots.
Tends to always dress casual. Jeans, t-shirts, sneakers or boots. He doesn't wear clothes for the label or the appeal. He wears it for comfort, but does his best to not look like a slob.
Is a huge clean freak. Loves to make sure his apartment is always clean, from dishes, to floors, to carpet. It's not that he's OCD about it, just that he prefers to live germ free. It keeps him healthy.
Is a big fitness buff. He goes to the gym everyday, and tends to run either every morning or every evening, whichever he can get around too.
He is often percieved as being an asshole, because he hardly smiles. It's just that he tends to not like his smile, but he truly is an all around happy person and tends not to brood on anything negative for far to long.
